Elevareworks operates as a growth systems partner, not a service vendor or internal team.

  • Content strategy & execution

No isolated service execution is guaranteed outside defined scope.

2. Scope of Work

Scope includes only what is mutually agreed in proposal.

Excludes by default:

  • Influencer payments
  • Ad spend
  • Shoot production costs
  • Third-party tools or subscriptions

Any additional work requires separate approval.

3. Payment Terms

  • Monthly retainer model
  • Payment in advance
  • No partial execution without payment confirmation
  • Delays in payment = pause in services
  • No revenue-based or commission-only models

4. Ad Spend & Budget Control

  • Ad budgets are separate from service fees
  • Client funds ad accounts directly
  • Elevareworks manages strategy and execution
  • No guarantee of specific ROI or revenue outcomes

5. Content & Approval System

  • All content requires client approval before publishing
  • Delays in approval directly impact timelines
  • Once approved, content responsibility shifts to client
  • No liability for post-approval performance

6. Communication Structure

  • All communication routed through designated point of contact
  • No direct task assignment to internal team members
  • No off-hour or unscheduled requests

Maintains execution clarity and accountability.

7. Working Hours & Availability

  • Monday–Saturday, 11 AM – 7 PM
  • Sundays: Off (except planned campaigns/events)
  • Emergency work = pre-approved only.

8. Performance Disclaimer

Elevareworks controls:

  • Visibility
  • Reach
  • Targeting
  • Content distribution

Does NOT control:

  • Customer decisions
  • Market conditions
  • Platform algorithm changes

No fixed guarantees on leads, footfall, or revenue.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All creatives remain property of Elevareworks until full payment
  • Post-payment: usage rights transferred to client
  • Strategy frameworks remain proprietary

10. Data & Access

  • Client must provide necessary access (Meta, Google, etc.)
  • Delays in access = delay in execution
  • Elevareworks not responsible for restricted or incomplete access

11. Termination Policy

  • Minimum commitment period (1–3 months)
  • 15–30 day prior notice required
  • No refunds for ongoing billing cycle

12. Confidentiality

All business data, campaigns, and strategy remain confidential.

No sharing without consent from both parties

13. Limitation of Liability

  • Revenue loss
  • Business decisions
  • Third-party platform failures
  • External operational issues

14. Strategic Authority Clause

All execution is based on Elevareworks' strategic framework.

Deviation from recommended structure may impact results and reduce system effectiveness.

Responsibility of outcome remains shared.
